: Build and Monitor flex fleet fulfillment performance and provide solutions for issues found Work closely with operation manager to align on plan and potential new initiatives Coordinate and collaborate with all involved parties both internal and external Support overall SPX Subcontractors Management and main PIC to manage relationships with vendors Oversee and review subcontractor\'s service agreement and liaise with related stakeholders (SEA Legal, Vendors) Oversee subcontractor\'s usage, costing, and coordinate billing activity Support the subcontractor\'s operations issues ex. Fraud, Investigation, Operations problem solving with ops team Requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields More than 1-2 years\' experience in Logistics/ Human resources High leadership and people management skills Very strong analytical skills and being an proactive initiator Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills Good team player Be able to fit in with fast pace culture Can do attitude, ability to work under pressure Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent in stakeholder management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experienced in vendors or stakeholders management, especially Fleet vendors from express industry is preferable Must have Operations and Business background to support strategic directions and projects Strong in communication both verbal and written
