Ensure 99.5% uptime of the production services for Logistics Applications e.g., Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, BI Reporting Tools and etc.
Provide Consultancy, User Education, Application/Process Improvement, Bug Fixing, Troubleshooting, and DevOPS Services.
Manage and track all incidents and service requests to resolution; ensuring that SLAs are met.
Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders
Perform program QA and QC when needed.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Computing or equivalent.
Knowledge in complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions in any RDBMS is a plus.
Must be able to multi-task under pressure independently and deliver results within given timeframe.
