SR. Account Exec
1. Maintain full set of accounts
2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations
3. Review all invoices and documentations for approvals prior to payment
4. Review sales invoices and supporting documentations
5. Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system
6. Maintain proper filling and keep sufficient accounting records, notes, listing and other supporting documents
7. Liaise with auditors on year end audit
8. Ensure finance practice is comply with the respective statutory bodies requirements & deadlines and ensure that financial reports are prepared within set timelines
9. Perform any relevant duties as assigned by management
10. Experience in AUTOCOUNT accounting software will be an added advantage
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in Accounting
2. Minimum 3 - 5 year's experience (Corporate Tax)
3. Good communication and excellent administrative skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
5. Solution-oriented
6. Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken Self-reliant and efficient
7. Flexible and adaptable attitude
