General Summary Of Position This role will act as Integral member of a team supporting 2 Global Business Units (GBU) within APAC region, assist in Month End Sales and Gross profit closing and reporting activities; Regional reporting requirement on Sales Billable, Sales WF report, Sales Contribution report and others ad-hoc works. The major components of this function include a comprehensive and/or analytical nature job, working with large volume of data focusing on volume and net pricing calculation, product standard costs update and sales margin analysis. Handling Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Budgeting data assembly including analysis and FCCS/PBCS Sales and COGS data upload and reconciliation are also within the scope of this role. What would your role look like Reporting to Asia North and ANZ SUI Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate Director, you will be: Using GIS Qlikview, reporting and analyzing the business results and conducting variance analysis versus forecast, prior year and budgets - for sales. Drive consistencies in reporting process, financial review process between all Business divisions within North Asia and ANZ SUI region Prepare and coordinate the APAC waterfall inputs from the sales managers/directors and review with each sales leader before submit for meeting discussions. Review and update retrieve reports from SmartView and adopt or redesign SmartView reports as per APAC reporting requirements. Assist the Associate Director, FP&A in the coordination of all financial planning functions (budgets, forecasts and other projections) for the region. Act as primary contact for GPMO Finance leads for providing NPD/ Customer reporting. Partner with the APAC Finance Manager for the month-end close process. Lead and control the \'billable\' reporting and submit weekly updates to management on performance vs billable. Prepare all Hyperion and Qlikview Uploads for regular updates. Support the Finance Director in the preparation of standard BRM review materials. Internal Contacts: Frequent contact with the Sales and Marketing Team, Accounting, Head Office Finance, Business Intelligent, IBP Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service; Operations Finance and GPMO Finance team External Contacts: Occasional contact with KPMG Audit team What you will bring: Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a similar position (senior analyst) within a multinational environment. Previous experience working in a matrix structure is a plus. Bachelor Degree - Preferably Accounting/Comemerce/Finance graduate and/or CA/CPA. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Computer literate: MS Office applications, strong Excel skills, and Qlikview & other BI experience is a plus Excellent analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand complex structure and systems interaction. Hands-on, do-er, Self-starter Needs to be able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines. Proven ability to work with diversified group of individuals in an international environment.
