JOB PURPOSE :The Sr Email Marketing Strategist Strategist exists to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. This role focuses on client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : * Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs.

• Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
• Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development.
• Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy.
• Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement.
• Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the companyxe2x80x99s reputation as an industry leader.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or account management, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of retention marketing, including email, SMS, and CRM strategies.
• Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Proven experience in people management and leadership, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex marketing insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling services to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on strategy execution.
