Department Overview Accessories and Energy SW team is responsible and participate in various product development life cycle as early as the front end design and architecture development, costing, agile development and test creation( automation). The product roadmap is always exciting as we innovate to mobilize and connect people in the moments that matters.



\xc2\xb7 Responsible for developing firmware for communication devices for the professional and mission critical market in the commercial, government and industrial segments.

\xc2\xb7 Participate and lead in all aspects of product development process including specification definition, design, implementation and testing and possess good understanding of the various software life cycle.( Agile)

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with front end team and test team to ensure good solution is put in place to promote successful feature deployment.

\xc2\xb7 Drive and lead detailed technical analysis required for the project, identify and solve complex technical problems requiring proper evaluation/analysis.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate and add values through participation in peer design and code review, providing comments and suggestions

\xc2\xb7 Able to collaborate effectively across various functional teams from different sites to resolve complex product issues

\xc2\xb7 Define specification which include software requirements for new software platform/system features/solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Create documents for Architecture & Design, and Message Sequence Chart (MSC) for feature development

\xc2\xb7 Well versed in Agile software development methodology.

\xc2\xb7 Create and execute unit, integration and system tests

Basic Requirements

\xc2\xb7 PHD/Master\'s/Bachelor Degree in Computer / Telecommunications / Software Engineering or Computer Science.

\xc2\xb7 Preferably with at least 5-7 year\'s working experience or equivalent in firmware development.

\xc2\xb7 Embedded system debugging and strong analytical skills are essential.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent programming skills in C/C++

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in Embedded system debugging tools and applications and good analytical skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of microprocessors (Qualcomm,NXP) , controller design, memory devices.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of test equipment such as oscilloscope, audio/logic analyzer & signal generator will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Good foundation knowledge of microprocessors and controller design will be a plus

\xc2\xb7 Experience in real-time embedded software development will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Experience with GIT tool , Radio Product Test Knowledge and Automation design.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with LTE/WIFI/Bluetooth/Sensors will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Good foundation knowledge of microprocessors and controller design will be a plus
