Your New Role:
Ensuring all facilities (from design to project construction) meet local, corporate and government requirements on safety, electrical codes, fire codes, building codes, sanitary and environmental standards.
Review and validate significant environmental aspects and impacts assessment identified under the scope of Facilities Department.
Ensure audited document in place (Lux, Particle count, ESD, TRH trending, operational and maintenance report).
Ensuring all facilities equipment properly operating, maintenance and repair, upgrading & predictive Maintenance.
Ability to work on Cost reduction and energy savings projects.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
More than 5 years working experience in Semiconductor or related fields.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively, Strong organizational , planning and tactical execution abilities
