• 24/7 monitoring of Fraud Detection Systems for Cards/ Internet Banking
• 24/7 monitoring of Fraud Detection System for Merchant Acquiring
• 24/7 monitoring of Fraud Detection for Internet Banking Singapore (effective June 2023)
• To attend to all requests via email and fax directed to CCC-Autho within TAT (turn-around-time)
• To work on Sieble cases and ensure all are attended within the service level agreements (SLA)
• Resolve queued transactions within the service level agreements (SLA) to reduce potential revenue losses
• Ensure all transactions processed in compliance with Visa and MasterCard acceptance procedures, and all control functions executed as per Operations Manual
• In addition to maintaining customer confidentiality, to ensure staff related transactions/ personal information are managed in a confidential manner
• Attend to all fraud detection and card related services requests accurately and within agreed TAT
• Provide support to Fraud Management, Contact Centre, and other business units on fraud management related matters
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to Fraud Management
• To maintain proper records and audit trails for all work related matters for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent
• At least 1 - 2 years experience in cards and banking application systems
• Experience in risk or fraud management detection systems
• Able to work on 24/7 rotating shift cycles
