Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Functional (job responsibilities)

• Monitor and reconcile Bank\'s ASNB monthly sales commission figures, rectify errors & discrepancies raised by branches within same day, to maintain zero error rate.
• Timely submission and posting of ASNB Income Fee to Finance, and upload of ASNB FE Report to SIR Team (shared folder) for commission payout.
• Ensure ASNB SOP Unit Trust updated & submitted for annual review on yearly basis
• Monitor and rectify ASNB\'s Collection Account variance issues reported by ASNB accounts department.
• Ensure compliance with document submission to ASNB Record Management Team (Nilai).
• Support and assist branches to rectify all on matters relating to ASNB operation, system, documentation & processes.
• Assisting HLISB ASNB Unit to escalate and follow up problem to internal parties / PNB Helpdesk where applicable.
• To compile and prepare on daily ASNB report on branch performance for management reporting.
• Assist branches on ASB Financing Settlement process, and Submission of ASNB EPF withdrawal to purchase ASNB funds to PNB within T+1.
• Data entry and general administrative work which includes managing correspondences, filling and reporting for ASNB matter.
• Prepare presentation and communication materials which includes slides for CSOM Monthly Meeting, weekly branch communication email (i.e., One Point Lesson), compliance related matters and implementation of new process / procedure.
• Attends & conduct training to branches on ASNB related matters and implementation of new fund, procedure, system etc.
• Liaising with branches on day-to-day operational activities and issues.
• Assist in UAT / system enhancement related to ASNB OTC and e-channel
• Perform approval for Commodity Trading (checker role)
• Perform ad hoc duties whenever required

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Train and coach Branch Ops staffs
• Represent HLISB ASNB Unit for events / training organized by ASNB
• Providing guidance and assistance to Branches on matters related to ASNB operation and documentation.

• Promotes organizational mission and goals, and strive to achieve them
• Responds positively to change, embracing and using new practices or values to accomplish organizational goals

Jobholder Requirements

Education/Qualification

• Degree &/or professional qualification in Business/Finance/Banking/IT or equivalent.
• SPM/STPM with related working experience

Experience

• Related working experience in Financial Institution or related fields (banking operations)

Certification/Licensing Requirements

• Nil

Special Skills

• Banking Operations, knowledge in ASNB FDS system is preferable
• Strong understanding of Branch operations process, management and control
• Up-to-date understanding of key risk and control concepts, tools and trends relating to risk/compliance identification, rating and prioritization, mitigation and reporting
• Interpersonal skills and decision taking
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and presentation skills
