Role Description This is a full-time on-site Research and Development Executive role located in Klang. The Research and Development Executive will be responsible for conducting R&D trial activities, testing new or improved agrochemical formulations, and developing technologies application in agrochemical industry that meet the needs of our customers and comply with the regulatory standards. Responsibilities Conduct field trials to evaluate the performance and safety of new and existing agrochemical products Develop and optimize the new technology platforms and systems in agrochemical industry and related Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and software tools Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate the results and findings to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, production, and quality control, to provide technical support and feedback Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the agrochemical industry and the relevant scientific literature Follow the best practices and guidelines for research and development Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in agriculture, crop protection, or a related field. Knowledge on agronomy and pathology/entomology of designated crops and area Familiarity with analytical statistic and data management Technical expertise in conducting trial/trial management Creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication (in English, Malay and Mandarin) and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to travel and work outdoor
