Job Summary: Responsible for managing real estate and building maintenance involving major functions such as planning, coordinating, organizing and controlling maintenance and security operation with focus on maintaining the plant-wide , Penang facility to meet production demand on 24 hour basis.
Your New Role:
- Ensuring all facilities (from design to project construction, renovation application) meet local, corporate and government requirements on safety, electrical codes, fire codes, building codes, sanitary and environmental standards. Also responsible for plant housekeeping, landscape and layout.
- Plan, coordinate, delegate and supervise the overall implementation of building or real estate maintenance activities for environmental pollution control, waste minimization, recycling and the preservation of natural resources.
- Coordinate with housekeeping service provider and landscape service provider to ensure a clean, neat, green and safe environment within the factory premises.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- More than 5 years working experience in Semiconductor or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively,
- Strong organizational , planning and tactical execution abilities
