JOB SUMMARY This position provides key support to CBRE Financial Consolidation and Reporting application - OneStream, leads and executes OneStream operation and maintenance to support CBRE global financial reporting. This position plays a crucial role in OneStream monthly close support, business rule/metadata update, Financial Reports development/updates, system upgrade/enhancement, system internal control procedure, and participates other finance program projects. This role will act as liaison with corporate, and business/segment finance and accounting to enhance the financial reporting and consolidation systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Sr Financial System Analyst provides technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance during financial month end close on the use of the Consolidation and Reporting Application (OneStream). Evaluates the existing application and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommends changes or enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Support application change/enhancement. Responsible for gathering and analyzing user requirements to determine the features and functionality needed. Trains end-users on the use of OneStream, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the software for financial reporting and analysis. Prepares and maintains user documentation and training materials. Documents software to ensure that the business rules are properly documented and understandable to other developers and stakeholders Develops and maintains financial reports using OneStream CubeViews, QuickViews and other reporting tools. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including finance and accounting stakeholders, project managers, and application developers to ensure that the financial reporting application and processes are developed and maintained according to project timelines, budgets, and requirements. Supports Managers in discussions with primary stakeholders/leaders to document and memorialize context and decisions. Independently conducts follow-up and more in-depth discussions with secondary stakeholders/process users. Resolves any technical problems and prevents their recurrences. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION Education and Experience Bachelor\'s degree (BA/BS) in IT, Finance, or a related field of study with a minimum of 5 years\' experience. Strong functional expertise in Finance and Accounting, seasoned Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience and exposure to other consolidation software such as FCCS or OneStream is a plus. OneStream application is new in APAC region and relevant job training will be provided to the candidate selected. Experience in working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial application preferred. Certificate/ Licenses Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Certification preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Financial Knowledge Requires strong knowledge of financial terms, concepts and accounting principles and the ability to comprehend and interpret complex financial transactions.
