Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that provides value for investors and gamers in the emerging blockchain metaverse (Social + Gaming + Non-Fungible Tokens).

Our distinguished client is currently looking for a Sr Graphics Designer. In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of visually appealing and engaging designs in web and app development. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure that their visual communication is consistent and on-brand, delivering captivating graphics that resonate with their diverse gaming community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative design concepts for digital assets, such as social media graphics, website banners, promotional materials, email campaigns, and merchandise designs.
Work with cross-functional teams to translate marketing and product objectives into creative visual solutions that align with brand identity.
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior designers, cultivating a collaborative and creative work environment.
Oversee and manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Stay current with industry trends, gaming culture, and emerging design technologies to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on digital and print media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Demonstrated experience in creating visually engaging and impactful designs for gaming, lifestyle, or related industries.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
