1) Preparation of the project documentation such as scope of work matrix, Master Deliverable List Procedures, Commissioning Master List (CMDL) procedures, System Commissioning Procedures, ITR Database and OCMS Overview and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). 2) Preparation of HUC Scope of Work, HUC Tie in Register, PDMS Constructability Review and EDMS Document Review. 3) Preparation of manpower loading based on bidding man-hours, manpower scope of work, mobilization and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) review for manpower supply and vendor mob plan. 4) Assist for Site visit existing Bokor fields for work scoping of HUC tie-ins in April 2018. 5) Preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) for Test Equipment, Special tools and fitting as well as Service Request (SR) for 3rd party contractor, vendor and supplier. 6) Preparation of the project documentation such as scope of work matrix, ITR Database and Overview, Commissioning procedures and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) prior to the work execution. 7) Preparation of manpower loading based on bidding man-hours, manpower scope of work, mobilization and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) review for manpower supply. 8) Preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) for Test Equipment, Special tools and fitting as well as Service Request (SR) for 3rd party contractor, vendor and supplier. 9) Preparation of vendor mobilization plan with actual scope of work and execution work duration. 10) Testing, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning (On-Shore) of various packages such as; a. PMCS (Emerson \xe2\x80\x93 System Delta V) b. FGS/ SIS (Trysytems \xe2\x80\x93 Trident) c. Telecommunication ( CCTV, DMR, Tel & LAN, Auxiliary Radio) d. Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) \xe2\x80\x93 Bumiwangsa e. Air Compressor Unit \xe2\x80\x93 Sull Air Engine 11) Lead for platform first gas and start up for 3 wells and commissioning of hydrocarbon system during offshore campaign. 12) Lead for Performance Test Run (PTR) for 72 hours for F12 Facility (up to 100 Mmscfd production to Kumang mother platform, KAKG-A) 13) Acting as MMHE representative at offshore under Project warranty period (12 months) prior to Final Acceptance (FA) by Client until September 2018.
