Lead and perform weekly reconciliation for consigned inventories and document inventory discrepancies at the Contract Manufacturers and suppliers
Lead, audit and supervise scrap process adherence at the contract manufacturers and ensure proper execution.
Partner with the contract manufacturers to manage excess and Slow-Moving Inventory, establish a roadmap, identify opportunities, and balance global inventory.
Enhance and implement inventory management best practices between Arista and Contract Manufacturers.
Drive and execute VMI implementation with critical suppliers, follow up Arista inventory reduction strategy.
Lead and develop feasibility for a HUB in the area, not limited to excess inventory, buy\xe2\x80\x93sell, consigned.
Perform and lead weekly and monthly audits for consigned and non consigned material.
Track weekly and monthly Arista own material movements.
Arista buffer material management.
Enhance and implement inventory strategies.
Lead inventory process automation and enhancement not limited to current tools but to analyze potential tool implementation
Generate daily, weekly and monthly update inventory management related reports.
Lead, plan and execute annual physical inventory and other company critical activities at the Contract Manufactures and suppliers. This will require the candidate to be available on weekend or holiday.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree and/or equivalent with 10 years; experience in warehouse management/operations, operations planning.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are a must
English - Advance level
Top notch data management skill. Excellent in compile and analyse large data in excel.
Good in both verbal and written English communication.
OEM experience is ideal.
Ability to work in a dynamic & ambiguous fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, experienced working as part of a global, cross-functional team who are located in Asia, North America and Europe time zones. Must be able to occasionally work outside of standard Penang business hours.
Travel 10% a year
