General Summary Of Position
You will be responsible for the sourcing and management of suppliers for logistics category covering all aspects of Warehousing Distribution/3PL, Inbound /Outbound freight forwarding, Ocean & Air freight, Material Handling Equipments and other related sub-categories for Ansell plants globally.

What would your role look like?
You will be responsible:

• To implement strategies and actions to ensure high standard of sourcing excellence.
• To continuously strive to improve and monitor SLAs with internal Customers and external vendors
• Manage the sourcing of Services in this category as assigned to you; ensuring quality, on-time delivery, service level and competitive pricing.
• Manage the suppliers to ensure that they meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s expectations, regulatory and risk management program and supply KPI requirements.
• Develop and work closely with suppliers for better and closer relationship.
• Initiate and implement sourcing strategies to achieve long term and sustainable commercial benefits to Ansell.
• Lead and work closely with internal customers (Global Logistics, GBU/SBU, Plants) on sourcing activities, projects and improvement plans.
• Gather and provide market intelligence on new and existing suppliers, new technology for this category.
• Ensure appropriate systems, processes and key performance indicators (via supplier scorecard) are in place.
• Monitor, review and report monthly strategic sourcing activities/initiatives/projects.
• Responsible for adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
• To ensure all sourcing activities are done in accordance to Ansell\xe2\x80\x99s CSR and Sustainability agenda

• Tertiary education with minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in procurement, logistics, material and supply chain management.
• Possess high standards of integrity and personal work standards.
• Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple projects /priorities at once
• Strong and focused leadership; team player
• Mature with strong personal integrity and well developed interpersonal and communication skills
