Ansell is looking for a Sr Manager Sales Enablement & Pricing APAC to join our team in Malaysia!
In this position you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies that enhance sales performance, optimize pricing models across our product portfolio, and manage pricing operations. This role also requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership to drive commercial success and support the sales teams in achieving their targets.

What your role will be?
Pricing Strategy
  • Assist the EMEA-APAC CCO and APAC CU leaders to determine and implement pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Translate complex data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive sales and profitability and maximize the impact of commercial initiatives in collaboration with CUs, Marketing, Finance, BUs and Analysts.
  • Run pricing impact simulations using statistical models and provide price revisions guidance. Forecast the impact of pricing decisions and commercial rebates revisions.
  • Track pricing stickiness after pricing implementation and define (together with CU leaders) corrective actions in case targets are not met.
  • Maintain and optimize floor, target prices, price lists, special price requests.
  • Design supported vs unsupported pricing dashboards, issue end-user sales reports including customer profitability metrics.
  • Prepare reports and visual presentations to share findings. Present pricing analysis at business review meetings, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
Sales Enablement
  • Initiate and manage tools, systems, and processes improvement projects focusing on continuous improvement and aiming at enhancing operations, sales efficiency and pricing excellence.
  • Screen data sources to increase data quality, liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to implement governance and corrective actions where needed to guarantee data integrity.
  • Ensure the flawless implementation of strategic and tactical decisions to achieve pricing goals.
  • Simplify and develop new pricing approval processes.
  • Manage distributors rebates calculation, accruals and reporting.
  • Actively participate in global and regional projects representing the APAC organization. Own Pricing workstreams.
  • Document processes and procedures for internal use and training.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional sales teams to share best practices and drive consistency.
Leadership and People Management
  • Coordinate, coach, train, and support a team of analysts. Manage the Development and Performance Process, conduct formal and informal reviews, assess performance, and provide continuous feedback.
  • Foster communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and inform them on the teams projects and priorities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance analytics.
  • Drive ownership, accountability, passion and innovative thinking.
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Masters degree in business, Statistics, Finance, Analytics or related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in a similar role within a B2B multi-national manufacturing company.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing pricing strategies in a competitive market environment, revenue management, or related field, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, able to manage large data sets.
  • Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (Excel expert level, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of BI and statistical tools (Power BI, Qlik, SPSS, etc.).
  • Very good knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
