This position is responsible for activating programs and owning the regional view of the global product portfolio. Working closely with the Global Product Management (GPPM) team and regional marketing teams to coordinate the execution of product portfolio management initiatives (e.g. product pricing, introduction, changes, rationalization, promotional activities) and supports the implementation of PPM programs and to optimize the results in both the customer and the Ansell\'s perspective. What your role will be in details: Reporting to the Vice President, Surgical & Clean Room Business Unit, you will: Specific Portfolio Responsibility: Surgical and Clean room portfolio in EMAP facing all LSCI verticals (pharma, medical devices, semiconductors, nutriceuticals, labs, etc). Manages and actively drives the overall product lifecycle of the assigned product range / portfolio, recommends and ensures execution of improvement / rationalization initiatives of existing products to increase sales and/or profitability and overall operational efficiency. Actively contributes to the global portfolio strategy by providing regional expertise, in particular, provides key regional supporting data and create the appropriate analysis to support the portfolio strategy and supporting implications. Monitors sales and field reports, pricing levels and competition within the region and works in conjunction with regional stakeholders, with Regional Marketing team, to deliver agreed levels of revenue, margins and overall market share. Organize the various initiatives driven by GPPM teams to ensure deployment in an organized and efficient way within the region. Ensure successful and on time new product launches within the region providing guidance to the development, introduction and positioning of new products. Localize launch materials and ensures all tasks related product creation are executed (product set up in systems, sample inventories for launch packs, etc) Coordinate deployment of product training including PPT decks, face to face and web together with regional and global marketing team Recognized primary point of contact within the region and subject matter expert for all product related matters, providing support and education for all stakeholders including Regional Teams, key distributors and customers. Support Regional sales teams and the sales and marketing teams of Distributors (trainings / joined customer visits) Actively participates in Regional Sales and Operations Planning and forecasting efforts Set up and maintenance of product and collateral in sample warehouse & administration software including MDM/PDH SAP and Oracle systems What you will bring Bachelor\'s Degree with a marketing concentration / MBA highly desirable Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or Business Development; Minimum of 3 years in a Product Management role Experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and in working in a matrix organization Project Management experience is desirable Medical Devices/ PPE/LSCI environment experience preferred Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit Fluent in written and spoken English; additional regional language(s) desirable Demonstration of strong skill in oral and written communications and consensus building Equal Opportunity Statement Ansell commits to securing an equal opportunity recruitment and selection process.
