The role has both commercial brand operations as well as innovation across key home care categories.The candidate must have good experience in crafting category/ brand strategy, strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to lead and drive the entire commercial team to deliver the brand and category growth plan.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Planning:-Build 5 year category strategy for each country based on company priorities, consumer insights and commercial market knowledge-Develop the annual budget and business plan to achieve market share targets, sales growth, margin goals, and investment priorities.-Challenge the status quo proposing and delivering better way to do thingsMonitoring and Review:-Be analytical and fact based to drive the commercial organization by acting upon market trends, competitive activities, opportunities across the 5P\xe2\x80\x99s & RE\xe2\x80\x99s, investments and ROI.-Periodically review the annual plan for the category and adapt as necessary to achieve the goals.-Lead weekly commercial team meetings to monitor progress against key initiatives.Product Innovation & Marketing Communication :-Craft the innovation road map for core home care categories, and deliver relevant innovation leveraging local insights, and supplement the plan with global innovation initiatives.-Oversee the Go to Market for new products from supply planning through demand generation in conjunction with cross-functional partners-Lead advertising including creative and media planning, development, & execution. Leverage regional creative where appropriate and supplement with locally-developed creative.Relationship & People Management:-Ensure constant, open communication to the Management team and within the company-Partner with regional and global category teams on brand positioning, innovation, communication, and local market needs.-Guide your team to deliver the plan in the best way possible, keeping a high level of energy, motivation and empowerment.
