Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add a Senior Molding Manager located in Flex Skudai.

Reporting to the General Manager the Senior Molding Manager role is responsible to to manage and lead the overall span of moulding operations here in Skudai. This role also covering the scope of managing and leading the painting operations.

What a typical day looks like:

• Managing a 24/7 molding operations of 250+ IMM.
• Providing a safe work environment, focus on OEE and machine Utilization.
• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
• Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
• Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
• Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.
• Coach and mentor Operations leadership.
• Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
• Total active tools on site are

2000 units and these tools from customer are highly complicated and challenging and required extensive knowledge, experiences to be able to successful in this operation. * Deliver operation output target, drive operation improvement and safety initiatives

• To build, engage & retain molding/tooling talent to support the business needs.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Requires 10 and above years of total experience in Mechanical Industry, have scientific Molding knowledge and experience.
• Have RJG certification.
• Strong people management experience.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills.
