The Role: Sr Order Management Analyst (Audit)
Position Summary: This position is focused on process adherence within Order Management through monthly and quarterly internal audits, ensuring both business and SOX controls are adhered to. The main responsibility of this role is to perform monthly audits of orders processed through the Global Order Management teams.
Responsibilities:
Monthly audits of OM orders processed; second reviews completed and order sample checks
Quarterly audits of OM orders processed: revenue postings in correct period
Order quality audits with Internal Audit
Maintain order quality metrics
Lead order quality root cause & corrective action
Review of processes to ensure control adherence
Liaison with SOX Team on new projects and process changes
Support OM Operations Director with all audit/SOX activities
Support Global OM team with auditor requests
Scope to lead/work on other projects within Order Management
Requirements:
Degree (in any field)
At least one-year of experience in related field (i.e. order management, billing, contracts, legal, and banking)
Experience of adhering to audit requirements through process
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
SAP experience a plus, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organization skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with peers
Reliable and able to work under pressure
Able to read Mandarin will be an added advantage
Working hours: APAC shift (able to support EMEA shift when needed)
APAC 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
EMEA 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
2 days per week in office
