• Responsible for Analysis, Review and Status Tracking of Sales orders to Distribution Centre.
• Liaise with cross functional to review completion schedule, Ship plan delivery planning to ensure on-time and accurate delivery arrangement.
• Coordinating sterilization management ensuring on time completing and delivery matching ship plan requirement.
• Providing quality customer services, including interacting with Internal/External customers, answering Internal/External customer enquires and effectively handling customer escalations.
• Provide accurate, reliable, and timely communication with Internal/External customers, operations and global supply chain.
• Prepare and provide accurate ship plan forecast on weekly basis matching Internal/External customer needs.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory and achieving company stated inventory accuracy levels.

Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred with minimum 5 years experiences.
• Possess good interpersonal, analytical and communications skill.
• Experience in planning and SAP/Oracle knowledge will be advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with numbering
• Has positive attitude and team spirit.
