Job Summary
Responsible for OSAT RFQ management, RFQ requirements validation, cost analysis and driving RFQ cycle time.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end RFQ process, including preparing, issuing, and tracking RFQs.
• Review and validate requestor requirements prior to RFQ issuance.
• Consolidate, analyze, and compare supplier quotations to support sourcing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PG, PAD, OED and related department if necessary) to align sourcing decisions with business needs.
• Focus on the outcome of tasks, results oriented
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare cost analysis, supplier evaluations, and SRB reports for OPS review.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements within the RFQ cycle.
• Monitor RFQ cycle time, generate reports, and escalate delays when necessary.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in any discipline (Bachelor's degree or above).
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), knowledge of Mandarin and Japanese Language added advantages
• Procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Agile and adaptable, able to respond to changes quickly, make sound decisions, and act with urgency.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take on challenges, and strong sense of ownership.
• High attention to detail with strong responsibility and accountability.
• Professional ethics, integrity, and loyalty.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data for recommendations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with global teams.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple RFQs under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
