Sr Production Executives (Steel Tubes & Pipes) Bursa PLC- Sg Buloh/Rawang

1. Growth

a) Responsible for optimize pipe mill machine's efficiency and productivity

b) Coordinate with planning to organize necessary resources to meet the production schedule or customer delivery date.

c) Work closely with maintenance PIC to restore machine during breakdown to minimize production stoppage.

d) Organize manpower and necessary tooling required in advance prior to production.

e) Follow up closely with maintenance PIC to carry out preventive maintenance to reduce unnecessary breakdowns.

f) Ensure production Supervisor or Leader or PIC to records the input and output data accurately.

g) Continuous improvement on productivity by using Kaizen methodology for set-up time, speed loss, quality adjustments & etc.

2. Cost

a) Monitor and control the consumption of direct consumables including stock keeping and replenish without shortages.

b) Monitor and control the overtime cost by approving the OT form before job done.

c) Prepare monthly proforma cost according to machine capacity including labour cost and direct consumable cost.

3. Quality

a) Ensure the quality of the products meet standard or customer requirements.

b) Establish, maintain and execution of SOP, WI and forms according to Quality Management System ISO9001.

c) Closely monitor and discussion with QA on customer complaint and carry out improvement actions.

d) Monitor and control of pipe mill's yield loss and carry out improvements by using Kaizen methodology.

4. People Management

a) Ensure Safety of the workers are being taken care including PPE, safety awareness briefing, etc.

b) Monitor and control the annual leave, medical leave, attendance and lateness of workers.

c) Provide necessary On-Job-Training and briefing for workers.

d) Ensure workers, leader or supervisor are adhere to Safety Operating Procedure, and review HIRADC with safety officer.

Preferences

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronic or equivalent/relevant. Must have at least 3 years working in production of steel tubes/pipes Must have experience and skill to operate pipe mill machine.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
