• Work with BU, factory, logistics and operation teams to resolve issues
• Work with CM to ensure production performance meet target KPI such as MLT and weekly WO execution to ensure on time shipment.
• Fully understand on the B2B transaction at CM and data transfer back to SAP
• Work cross functionally with various CM team to compile, validate and communicate associated strategies and execution plan that support overall business objectives
• Work with Asia Planning to have weekly firm BP execution to deliver for CM execution
• Ensure accurate inventory and WIP. Perform data analysis to identify gaps & area of improvement such as shorter MLT and automation on daily reporting.
• To conduct quarterly inventory count and validation at CM
• Ensure 100% accuracy in the commit given by CM
• Weekly review with CM on the performance
• Prepare CM scorecard quarterly. Work with CM on continuous improvement project

Qualifications

• Have skill on SAP and Oracle system knowledge
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft office - smart in excel/power point
• Familiar with ODM/EMS process is preferred
• At least 8 years+ production planner working experience
