Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Sr Software Engineer /Technical Lead

to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on development expertise, particularly in Python, along with the ability to lead technical solutions and support project delivery. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions. Develop and customize applications using

Python

, ensuring high performance and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members. Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure coding standards are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications as needed. Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and project milestones.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years

of total IT experience.

Minimum 2 years

of hands-on experience developing custom solutions using

Python

. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience in leading or mentoring development teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
