Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:Train and lead the warehouse stores analysts to ensure optimized flow of work orders and kitting output, meeting both customer demand and maximized production capacity.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage day to day activities of the warehouse analysts.
- Analyze and track warehouse work order metrics (lead time, units per day, aging, etc.).
- Manage changing priorities to optimize customer requirements.
- Maintain the daily kitting schedules and reports to meet optimum capacity of kitting output.
- Use Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).
- Communicate plans clearly and regularly.
- Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and analytical skills.
- Detail oriented and process focused.
- Strong Leadership to drive warehouse workforce to achieve the desired performance excellence and to initiate problem solving forum with cross function and inter-sites\' peers and leaders.
