Role Responsibilities Define key responsibilities to reflect the duties and responsibilities of this role. - To manage and monitor multiple IT projects based on scope, cost and schedule under TTO. - Able to provide analytical reporting based on consolidated data or Big data. - Being active user and contributor to System Development Framework(SDF) and Project Management Framework . Responsibilities . q Identify skills gaps in the team and ensure adequate training and development q Collaborate with business stakeholders on new requirements. q Analysis of user stories and assessment of changes required in the system. q Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) q Story points estimation and sub-task estimation. q Design program specifications aligning to best coding practices for efficient system performance q Perform requirement analysis, program coding and testing and other System Development Framework(SDF) tasks q Regular and frequent JIRA/ Confluence updates q System Integration Testing(SIT), User Acceptance Testing(UAT) support that includes test environment set-up/configuration, batch execution and responding to business queries and clarifications. q Supports project deployment activities and post implementation monitoring. q Supports production issue investigation and resolution whenever need arises. Strategy . Awareness and understanding of the Group\'s business strategy and model appropriate to the role . Work towards achieving TTO 25 objectives and goals. People & Talent . q Able to lead team of Analysts and Developers, including motivating and coaching them to deliver goals. q Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks/ projects. q Possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision. q Good analytical and problem-solving skills. q Ability to grow relationship internally and externally. Our Ideal Candidate Field of Study: Computer Science or IT related Certification: Bachelor of Science Must have: q Working experience in Credit/Debit Card Systems. q Must possess at least 10-year experience in IBM AS400 platform, with the knowledge of relevant skills - DB2, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CLLE etc. q Good analytical and problem-solving skills. q Experience in Agile project delivery, Agile Software Delivery, Scrum, DEVOPS tools, ADO, Jira, Confluence. q Experience in Source Control Management tool(s) - See/Change, ALDON. q Experience in AR Remedy, ServiceNow.
