Description
- Provide technical support to solve customer complaint.
- Analyze and resolve complaints in timely manner and provide high quality of service to satisfy customer.
- Perform testing and commissioning, breakdown troubleshooting and repair of air conditioning system equipment.
- Assist in processing daily parts claim and return parts.
- Highlight technical issues face during customer service visit to Service Engineer / Team leader for product improvement.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all service reports.
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 year experience in troubleshoot / repair air-condition
- Posses with own transportation
- Able and willing to travel around Penang (Mainland&Island)
