Sr/project Engineer
Job Description
Responsible for the successful completion of the assigned construction projects in accordance with specifications and within schedule and budget limitationsLiaise with consultants, local authorities and agency to ensure the submission matters was completed on timeResponsibilitiesMonitor the preparation of submissions. Monitor and liaise with local authorities or agencies on the approvalsAssist the Project Manager i/c in preparation of monthly status reports, cost reports, progress reports, etc.Assist in conducting weekly / bi-weekly job meetingLiaise with consultant team on the changes or update on the contract and design mattersAssist in on-site supervision and to ensure all policies, procedures, plans and specifications are adhered toMonitor job progress and quality controlAny other duties as assignedRequirementsA good degree in civil engineering or its equivalentMinimum 2 years of working experience in a developer or construction firmHas a good knowledge of authorities\' approval procedures * Experience in site issues and construction supervisionIf you encounter difficulties, please for technical assistance.Best viewed with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Chrome 30 or higher and Firefox 10 or higher
