Position Overview:

Seahawk

is seeking a

highly efficient and certified Stacker Driver

to support our haulage and warehousing operations in

Klang

. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and accurate movement, stacking, retrieving, and organizing of goods, raw materials, and finished products within the facility using a motorized stacker. This role is crucial for maintaining organized inventory flow and ensuring timely loading and unloading operations managed through the haulage department.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling & Operations:

Operate the

motorized stacker

(e.g., Reach Truck, Turret Truck, or Counterbalance Forklift) safely and efficiently to move materials within designated areas.

Load and unload

trucks, containers, and trailers accurately according to shipping manifests and receiving schedules, coordinating closely with the haulage team. Retrieve, stack, store, and organize inventory on high-rack systems using the stacker. Ensure all picked items match the

Work Order/Picking List

with zero tolerance for mispicks or errors. Transport materials promptly between different zones in the warehouse (e.g., receiving, storage, staging, shipping).
Safety & Compliance:

Adhere strictly to all

site safety rules

, operational procedures, and local traffic regulations within the

Klang

facility. Conduct

daily pre-operational checks

on the stacker (battery level, hydraulics, horn, lights, brakes) and report any defects immediately to the

Haulage Manager

or designated maintenance contact. Maintain a

clean and safe working environment

around loading docks and aisle ways. Ensure the

load is secured and balanced

correctly before moving or lifting.
Inventory & Documentation:

Accurately record all movement of stock using the designated

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

or physical documentation (e.g., scan barcodes, update location records). Assist the inventory team with cycle counting and periodic stock audits as required. Report any

discrepancies

in stock levels, damaged goods, or incorrect locations to the

Haulage Manager

immediately. Keep the stacker clean and ensure batteries are charged according to schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Certification:

Must possess a

current and valid Forklift/Stacker Operator License

recognized by the relevant Malaysian authority (e.g., PSMB/NIOSH certification).

Experience:

Minimum of

1-3 years

of hands-on experience operating a motorized stacker, preferably in a high-rack warehouse or logistics environment.

Physical Ability:

Must be physically fit, agile, and capable of climbing onto and off the equipment frequently.

Equipment Knowledge:

Proven ability to operate various stacker types (e.g.,

Reach Truck

experience is a strong advantage).

System Skills:

Basic literacy to read picking lists and record data; familiarity with

WMS/Scanning devices

is a plus.

Work Ethic:

Reliable, punctual, high sense of responsibility, and able to work extended hours or shift patterns when necessary.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
