Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Handle bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure tax compliance.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
Monitor and improve internal accounting controls and processes.
Support management in financial decision-making with timely insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
