Responsibilities & Skills:Accountabilities:As a technical lead, be involved with interfacing on all aspects of DDR IPs and EMIF sub system including collateral generation, factory support, and architecting memory solutions for Lattice customersCollaborate with Sales, Marketing and Field Applications team to drive initiatives that helps drive customer adoption and win opportunities.Enable rich customer design experience through advanced training modules, creating reference designs, and demos using our DDR portfolio.Run RTL synthesis, simulations, implementation experiments and benchmarking analysis.Perform/support high-speed simulation of critical signals and be able to assist with design debug and support.Assist in management of customer escalations and support tickets.Required Skills:Experience on memory subsystem design, verification and/or performance/power analysis.Familiarity with one or more DRAM protocols \xe2\x80\x93 DDR4/5, LPDDR4/5/5X, HBM2/3.Hands-on lab experience (measurement, scopes, signal generation etc).Strong knowledge of ASIC flow, RTL design in Verilog, System Verilog and FPGA design.Working knowledge of memory controller and memory PHY.Expertise with Verilog and/or VHDL is desired.Knowledge of AXI, DFI protocols.Experience with silicon support, including design debug and documentation is desired.Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal required.Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize appropriately and manage competing priorities.Lattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
