As business owner of HDD centralized supply planning process & critical data management for Supply Chain Planning (HDD demand planning to logistics operations) data process identification, sustaining, improvements & strategic evolvement.

Staff Engineer, Industrial Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading role in HDD Supply Chain Central Planning (CP)

• Leads & interacts with CP team to ensure ultimate system execution and performance quality in meeting company objectives
• Oversees main systems & its connection with business processes
• Organizes implementation & enhancement of current and future business process/systems/logics and communication workflow

New Project Implementation

• To harmonize & consolidate sites HDD supply chain system solution /business process architecture.
• To drive new learnings & implementation by innovatively integrating business data-logic-output into practical knowledge.
• To organize & digitalize know-how in user training/coaching on evolved planning processes.

Work with cross-functional business & engineering teams in daily execution challenges

• To create, maintain & connect product items data execution in all planning organizations.
• To involve in new product/data & process initiatives including CP, PDH(Product Data Hub), ERP4B, SAP ERP which are related but not limited to master data of items/model/organization extension & validation.
• To take part in job rotation of supply chain planning team extended role as career development.

Data Process Management

• To assess, maintain & improve data sustaining & governance process effectiveness
• To explore new data analytics & governance techniques in value creation, issues solving & process enhancement.
• To comply executive directives, advocates continuous improvements on master data quality holistically.

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Information Systems/MIS/Software Engineering/Data Analytics/Industrial Engineering/Process Improvement or relevant qualifications

Skill & Experience Required :

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Process improvement minded/Data analytics skill
• Effective communication in english both verbal & written skill
• Independent performer with team work spirit

Preferred:

• Business planning process/IT systems/business information/data analytics/ Project management / SDLC experience is an added advantage
• Knowledge on SupplyChain/ERP/MRP or Oracle/SAP/any data system is a plus
