• Prepare test specifications, test procedures and develop test fixtures on new PCB design.
• Perform PCB\'s component testing, carry out validation and analyze test results.
• Able to prepare and modify test script (high level language similar to C) in order to carry out validation.
• Verify existing PCB designs and work with technical team to propose improvements base on test results
• Prepare design documentations, requirements specifications and PCB models.
• Prepare Test and Qualification reports per test procedures for Design Engineers, Quality, and Customer organizations
• Propose process improvements to ensure PCB\'s electronic component functionality, quality and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance in developing new PCB designs with design team and updating existing PCB designs.
• Completes assigned tasks that meet quality, functionality and schedule objectives.
• Provides verbal and written status including reports to the Lead Engineer and the Department Manager.
• Under Lead Engineer\'s direction, helps identify and resolve issues by participating in DOE discussions and subsequently collecting and analysing data.
• Helps prepare Readiness review materials and preview content with the Lead Engineer.
• Follows department/work group processes, recommends improvements to them and develops new processes.
• Understands impact of individual projects/process on customer\'s process and productivity.
• Proficiently uses standard and specialized engineering tools and equipment such as oscilloscope with various probes and analysis packages, programmable power supplies, electronic loads, waveform generator, thermal chambers, and other specialized test equipment.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written, mathematical or diagram form.
• Apply principles of logical or scientific thinking.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering + 5 - 7 yrs. related experience, or
• MS in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering + 3 - 5 yrs. related experience
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to present information, ideas, perspective, to peers, team members and managers and respond to questions effectively . Speak effectively one-on-one and in small group situations.
• Productivity tools such MS Office a must
