Job description
In your new role you will:

• Facilitate & support Business Units/Division on engineering sample request with close communication to requestors understanding the order requirement and drive sample operation to meet their needs, requirements and dateline
• Sample order processing, control (planning, execution, status update, delivery and provide early warning) and coordinate to ensure smooth Assembly / Test run according to order requirement
• Highlighting & working with technical team to overcome issues encountered during sample production
• To lead & supervise with SPO technicians to deliver the defined KPIs& support Engineer to assess feasibility / process ability of a sample request in both logistical and technical views. Lead and co-ordinate a work to carry out task in hand as needed
• Liaise with technical expert for new assembly capabilities / process
• General support and systems improvement to ES Team
• On ad-hoc and urgent request, close follow up of "VIP" lots (supercritical and urgent orders) of short timeline required with coordination from Assembly until Test ship out (End to End

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters / Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology /Manufacturing)
• More than 5 years handling Engineering Sample / Line Control /Production Planning
• Ability to also speak German language will be added advantage
• Proactive, Structured and well Organized with proper time managements
• Experience in Managements presentation and project managements /ability to drive improvement topics
• Technical Engineering knowledge and IT knowledge to automate manual tasks e.g. Tableau, is a plus
• Knowledge in Capacity Planning background
• Skill knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Business Objectsare advantageous
