• Perform lot disposition within specific time. (Urgent lot 2 working day and Production lot 3 working days)
• Conduct data analysis and co-work with the related teams (Foundry Fabs/Test/Design/Quality etc) for yield improvement.
• Search for production effectiveness (yield improvement/test robustness/design- process best window etc) with the related teams.
• Perform wafer scrap analysis, identify root causes and co-work with external and internal teams for improvements/containment.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) to Production transfer.
• Co-work with FA team to perform root cause analysis for unknown yield loss.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Semiconductor Product Engineer or Test Engineer experience.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills.
• Detail orientated with good written and fluent verbal communication skill by both English and Mandarin.
• Experience with Datapower/PDF or ACE and Testers is an advantage.
