Schedule planned maintenance definition comprehensively to ensure all Mold ASM equipment safe to operate with high availability, good reliability & appropriate quality performance.

In your new role you will:


Responsible for ASM Mold execution of equipment scheduled maintenance timely. Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime. Responsible overall ASM Mold equipment maintenance systematic, activities and personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost. Conduct weekly 5S audit on responsible equipment and Maintenance rooms (Maintenance Bay & Kit Room). Responsible for Mold ASM Safety, Health and Environment activities including OSHAS 18000 and EMS ISO14000 Audits.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:


Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology). More than 5 years of relevant working experiences. Lead & Manage Maintenance Engineers & Maintenance Technician. Develop and realize process & maintenance concepts. Actively support, participate and embrace an empowered team culture including significant interaction with manufacturing, quality and engineering groups. Conducts performance reviews based employee on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
