Job Description
In your new role you will: Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line Ensure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and DDM. Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials. Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with process Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, Work Instruction and OJTIs. Support in machine buy0ff (repeat order only) Establish and prepare briefing format to prevent line personnel from repeating mistake. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree 5 years related (experience in Semiconductor Test Engineering will be an added advantage ) Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
