In your new role you will:

• Staff Engineer responsible for yield management, stability,improvement and ramp; leading the yield improvement activities ofresponsible module packages.
• Responsible for yield plan and target setting proposal of responsiblemodule packages.
• Drive yield detractor/Cost of Yield to identify potential along thevalue chain for improvement; determine focus area for improvement.Accountable for backend yield break down and assigning improvementtopics to respective experts (e.g. PA, Assy, Test) and request measuresfor yield improvement.
• Setup and maintain yield roadmap, monitoring of yield improvementmeasures/projects and its efficiency and effectiveness. Regular yieldreporting and leading yield review meetings within operation, acrosssegment and with business units for responsible module packages.
• Responsible for governance of yield systematic and implement methodsto enhance yield management process of responsible module packages.
• Identify, initiate and/or drive yield improvement projects on demand,establish team structure for focus projects in responsible modulepackages

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/Material Science/

Chemistry/Semiconductor Technology). Project Management certificationwill be added advantage. * Atleast 5 - 7 years of working experience in Semiconductor Industry withminimum 3 years in driving yield project with in depth knowledge insemiconductor BE assembly and test process.

• Excellent data analytical skills with effective presentation skill.
• Strong communication skills and able to interact with all levels ofpersonnel.
