Job Description
- Improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of Front-End operation, maintenance and tooling. Perform machine capability studies and machine-to-machine variability reduction. Accountable KPIs \xe2\x80\x93 Quality, Yield, Process Capability, Availability, MTBA, MTBF and MTTR. Develop and update equipment related documents such as RCA, Equipment FMEA, Machine OCAP, , etc. Provide evaluation reports, executive summary reports, and 8D reports. Support immediate supervisor, process, QA, and manufacturing for customer, internal, and/or certification audits Provide technical expertise on Front End equipment to improve quality and operation. Work with Business Line, sites counterpart, equipment and tolling supplier. Coordinate or lead project improvement and provide management report
