Staff Engineer (sqe)

1) Liaise with suppliers at new product introduction stage to underpin critical parameters monitoring plan, cleanliness requirement, and manufacturing readiness.
2) Review supplier quality performance data where applicable, eg. In-process, Outgoing, Cleanliness, Yield, etc.
3) Continuously working with suppliers to improve process and product quality, cleanliness & contamination control to meet Min Aik and end customer satisfaction and requirements.
4) Liaison with suppliers and Min Aik about supplier related quality issue investigation with appropriate quality tools, disposition of non-conformity parts, recovery plan and improvements.
5) Conduct periodic supplier product/process audit, quality system audit, and supplier performance rating.
6) Prepare regular quality reports for management review
7) Work with procurement team to develop new potential suppliers.
Relevant Working Experience
- Minimum 4 years related working experience in HDD Mechanical Component OR Process Knowledge. Eg. Stamping, Machining, Injection Molding, Magnet.
- Good communication skill.
- Able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
- Willing to travel in short notice. (Internationally/domestic)
- Extrovert, team player, self-starter and proactive
- Degree in Engineering field
