In your new role you will:

• Responsible for development planning and development strategy in close collaboration with other functions (e.g. marketing, operations).
• Applied research based on scientific methods, e.g. for quality improvement, process optimization, new products or business areas.
• Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging.
• Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry
• Minimum 3-5 Year of working experience in FE related Semiconductor industry preferred, BE experience is accepted with higher number of years of experience
• A strong background in semiconductor physics and experience with Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) would be highly appreciated.
• Familiar with advanced statistical analysis tools.
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good team player.
