Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Test package generation for new products with higher complexity (software& hardware development).
• Test package optimization for Backend Inhouse and subcons technical support.
• Innovate test concepts & methodology (feasibility & realization in production testing) for ratio productivity.
• Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test package buyoff and

documentation.

• Participate in new tester platform benchmarking and optimization.
• Enhance test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test,poka-yoka mixing, etc.)
• Participation in CoP TE community and provide sharing with the worldwide TE

community.

• Contributes to success of project/team, shares knowledge within project/team and demonstrate capability to solve technical challenges/problems.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/Power Analog/ Physics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• More than 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Testing and familiar with Power MOSFET & Analog Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Experience in ATE measurement equipment's (E.g. oscilloscope,thermostream, test handler basic operation).
• Experience and exposure with some years of experiences in high power/voltage switching know-how knowledge, Teradyne and ipTest tester will added advantage.
• Statistical data analysis.
• Solid knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation,hardware design, layout optimizations & simulation.
• Good aptitude & passion in engineering analysis with systematic approach, problem solving and solution finding.
