In your new role you will:
- Sustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volumeproduction with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield
- Accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR
- Support on auditing activities
- Supports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology
- Knowledge & experiences in End Of Line (Mark, Form & Singulation) or Test process, production line control & productivity & process improvement.
- Good knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staff
- Systematic Problem Solving methodology e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond
- Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team to strive excellent.
