Job description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible to identify and execute improvement actions in Yassy and YBE.
- Accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR. Participate & handle in internal and external audit (internal/external) support.
- Drive the Glop Top quality improvement projects & cost savings projects.
- Process documentation ( e.g: Process spec, OJTi, FMEA, failure catalogue, buildsheet and etc.)
- Technical members in GCM, NLoP, NLoZD, of new material, process and method qualification.
- Actively support, participate and embrace an empowered team culture including significant interaction with manufacturing, quality and engineering groups.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent
- More than 5 years of relevant working experiences, preferable dispensing experience.
- Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge & experiences in Glob Top process, production line control & productivity & process improvement.
- Systematic Problem Solving methodology e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond
- First level reliability (Knowledge of various failure modes, knowledge of application and respective reliability requirements and test standards)
