Job description
In your new role you will:
Responsible for process quality on equipment/process level * Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line
- Ensure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and DDM
- Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with process
- Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, Work Instruction and OJTIs
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Semiconductor Technology)
- More than 5 years working experience (Semiconductor Engineering will be an added advantage
- Test & MSP handler know-how (experience with trim & form/Ammopack taping will be added advantage)
- Experience in leading and driving project (Cost saving/Quality)
- Strong analysis skill with statistic approach
- Familiar with DMAIC (Candidate with 6 sigma belter will be an added advantage)
