The Staff Nurse at D'Kasih Hemodialysis (a subsidiary of IO Setia Ventures Sdn Bhd), Bandar Bukit Mahkota, is responsible for providing safe, high-quality, and ethical hemodialysis treatment to patients. This position requires a disciplined, caring individual who prioritizes patient care quality in accordance with clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hemodialysis treatment to patients according to established procedures and SOPs.
Monitor patient condition before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
Operate the hemodialysis machine safely and correctly.
Provide education and guidance to patients regarding treatment and health care.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and patient comfort throughout the treatment.
Prepare and update patient treatment records accurately and completely.
Collaborate with the medical team and support staff to ensure quality care.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license.
Valid APC (Annual Practicing Certificate).
Post Basic Renal Certificate is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with Post Basic Renal/No Post Basic Renal qualification are highly encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of dialysis procedures and patient monitoring.
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
