Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & First Aid

Provide first aid treatment and manage emergency cases at the workplace. Perform basic medical assessments such as vital signs, wound care, and health screenings. Maintain accurate medical records of all employee visits and treatments. Assist in medical surveillance programmes (audiometric test, vision test, blood test, etc.) if required.

Workplace Health & Safety

Support the implementation of Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) policies. Conduct health talks, awareness programmes, and preventive health activities. Monitor workplace conditions and report hazards or unsafe practices to management. Participate in safety inspections, drills, and incident investigations.

Administrative Duties

Manage the employee medical room/clinic stock, supplies, and equipment. Prepare monthly reports on clinic activities, incidents, and health cases. Coordinate panel clinic visits, medical claims, and related documentation. Assist HR with health-related employee matters (MC verification, fitness to work, etc.)
