Job Summary :

Responsible to provide quality nursing care to patients and facilitate their speedy recovery.

Job Responsibility

Provide High-Quality Nursing Care Services

1. Provide direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as
required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient
care.

2 .Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections
etc.) and fill in patients' charts

3. Assess, plan, implement and educate patient/family

4. Maintain accurate and continued nursing documentation

5. Function as liaison between administration, patients, physicians and other healthcare
providers.

Adherence to Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and etc

1. Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, performance
improvement program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

2. Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating
equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)

3. Ensure an adequate stock of supplies and proper functioning of equipment.

4. Assist in cost containment through appropriate ordering and conserving of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

Min diploma in nursing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
